Vegetable Sandwich

  • Egg, whisked 1
  • Green chillies 2
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Spring onion 1
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1


1.Boil, peel and mash potatoes and add salt and black pepper.

2.Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the vegetables. Add seasonings.

3.Mix the stir-fried vegetables and mashed potatoes, make kebabs of the mixture.

4.Dip the kebabs in beaten egg and deep fry until brown.

5.Take a slice of bread, place kebab, onion rings and cucumber pieces and top with the other slice.

6.Cut the sandwiches diagonally.

7.Serve with French Fries and ketchup.
